He also made us aware of all of the new promotional options available and tried to help us get the vest value for our money. He also had several issues with our account, yet he kept his cool, took his time to make sure he did things right, made sure we were happy/comfortable during the delay and even stayed late to help us avoid having to drive back to Lawrence to complete our transactions another time.
